Pain Management
Most pain comes down to poor circulation. This leads to lack of blood flow and oxygenation, poor lymph drainage, increased swelling, scar tissue, or tense and knotted muscles. Acupuncture manages pain by increasing endorphins and serotonin, improving circulation and lymph drainage, and breaking scar tissue.

Stress Management
Stress affects circulation, digestion, the immune system, mood and emotions, sexuality, and energy via the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis and the sympathetic nervous system. Acupuncture manages stress by blocking rises in stress hormones, increasing "feel-good" hormones, and shifting the nervous system away from fight or flight. Chinese herbs help to extend and deepen these benefits.

Cosmetic Acupuncture
Cosmetic Acupuncture is not for those looking for a quick cosmetic fix to completely erase every small line that tells the story of their life. A normal course of treatment is twice per week for five weeks, with tune-ups every five years or so. The benefits include: more even skin tone, smoother fine lines and wrinkles, firmed and lifted skin, reduced scar tissue, minimized acne breakouts, reduced under-eye puffiness, and breast lift, augmentation, or reduction. Great for men and women.
